By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download or use the application.

By accessing and using Snakes and Ladders Blitz: The Great Climb, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users, players, and others who download or use the application.

The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, graphics, UI design, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong solely to the developers.

• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, or duplicating the app, or any part of the app, including our trademarks, in any way.

• Reverse Engineering: You are not allowed to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code of the app.

• Derivative Works: You may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions based on our application.

3. App Usage & Modifications

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Because of this, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• No Guarantees: The developers do not guarantee that the app will always function without disruptions, delays, or errors.

• Data Loss: Because the game stores data locally on your device (shared preferences), we are not responsible for any loss of game data, high scores, or progress caused by app updates, device changes, or accidental uninstallation.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
